We bought this smaller unit having tried our sons larger one and it is perfect for those tight muscles and aches that come with age!

The Recovapro lite feels very sturdy and operates well. It comes with its own case which keeps it secure and you also have the option to place your attachment on the mat which comes with the gun. The one issue I do have is the use of your app. It is not available to download from the app site at this time. If you are pushing the use of your app in conjunction with the equipment surely the app should be up and running!

Had to return my Recovapro as it wouldn’t charge but it was out of warranty. After sales service was excellent. Recovapro advised me that the charger was faulty. The massager and new charger were returned to me within 48 hours.

My product developed a fault 22 months after purchase. Emailed customer services and they sent me a returns form. I had to cover the shipping cost to return the faulty item to them, which I was happy to do. Within a weak, a new replacement product was sent to me. I seemed to struggle to get in contact with customer services via phone, however they have always responded promptly when emailing.

Item arrived super fast just before Xmas, communications were excellent. I was also give and opportunity to purchase another device within 10 minutes, to which I did exploit.
All in all, 10/10 experience

Ordered the Lite Mini Massage gun. In the pre-Christmas delivery chaos DPD didn't deliver despite their system saying they did. Contacted Recovapro who arranged a new shipment which arrived the next day so happy this was resolved quickly and easily.
The massage gun is excellent quality. It's not too heavy but is substantial. Good battery life so far.

Purchased there massage gun from the Westfield store in Shepard's Bush, I did not end up using it as much as I thought I would and wanted to return it using the 90 day risk free trial.

Went to the store but the store does not exist anymore. Travelling 100 miles to return it but the website does not state that they are not selling from there anymore is just poor.

Tried calling before travelling but of course no answer.

Tried emailing now to see how to return it but no response.

The massage gun is decent but as I don’t use it enough it does not justify the price in my case. But the customer service is terrible.

No one answers phones or emails.

I’d appreciate it if Recovapro responded because there product is good but I wouldn’t recommend it to people as their customer service is terrible so if you have problems they won’t reply.

Bought a smaller massage gun having already bought a full size gun for the practice. Both great but smaller one slightly easier to use

Today I finally received my Recovapro Max!
I did a bike ride and immediately put it to the test. The device comes with several different heads which allows you to treat different muscle groups!
So far very happy with my purchase, its a time and money saver!

Ordered on the 2nd December on next day delivery. Chased it later that week to be told it was out of stock and delivery would be after 12th. Emailed after 15th and told would be with me on the 22nd and then chased again to be told still out of stock - didn’t bother to let me know and here we are 26th and still not here. This was a Christmas present and they really weren’t bothered.

Very nice massage-gun. Sturdy and powerful. Easy to use. Came with connection for EU power, so easy to use outside UK. Lot of option for different massage with the many different head for the gun. Very nice looking docking station for storage and charging. Best one I have ever bought.
Delivery was a little long, but the product arrived safely to Denmark anyway

Wife had an injury on her foot that A@E couldn’t find so assumed a tendon injury.
Nothing given so I bought her this to try. Within a day or two she felt the pain was subsiding. Now weeks later the pain has gone. Astonished with the recovery time. Love it!!

Item was delayed due to postage strike. Regular updates were sent. The massage gun is amazing on lowest setting. I’m sleeping so much better already.

ordered product, never arrived, tried multiple times to email and call. posted on trustpilot suggesting that I would have to consider refund, THEN got a response, which basically said "here is yr refund". Great i have my money back, BUT what rubbish sales response! surely a better reponse would be "we wany to as a customer, we are chasing item, really sorry for inconvenience, possible goodwill gesture?" Would i buy from this company again NO as obviously there is no loyalty or any interest to a customer - bizarre business model
